Spirit Energy is an independent energy provider with corporate headquarters located in the Dallas metroplex. Spirit is engaged in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas reserves.

  Since its conception in 2002 this conservative, yet very aggressive company has developed a portfolio of substantial oil and natural gas reserves. Spirit has obtained certain holdings covering 10,000+ acres primarily located in South, South Central, and South West Texas. These prospects are supported with over 50 square miles of HD 3-D seismic data and Spirits extensive Geological Library.

  The company’s major thrust this year is “The Mas Grande Project.” It is multiple in field developmental projects located in the heart of the most prolific Lobo, Hinnant, and Lower Wilcox trend plays in Texas. This project is located in Jim Hogg and Zapata Counties, Texas. Conservative estimates indicate reserves in excess of 500,000 BCF for this field. Simultaneously we are continuing our other developmental projects in Bee and Brown Counties, Texas

  Spirit Energy has built its foundation through the acquisition of extensive data and lease acreage for immediate and long term drilling programs, and has assembled an experienced team of professionals including limited partnerships with in house and consulting professionals.

  Spirits’ team has been solidified by developing specific alliances with technical consultants and service providers with long histories of expertise in drilling, completion techniques, and in producing numerous highly profitable wells in this South Texas regional trend play. Funded by Spirit, and other private sources, Spirit began their drilling programs in 2002. Each program has been successful yielding excellent profits.
